Where are you today?

The four inner seasons

Four phases, four moods.

A simple way to think about the month. Every body is different — use these as invitations, not rules.

After 40

When your rhythm shifts.

In the years around perimenopause, cycles often become shorter, longer or less predictable. That’s common — and it’s exactly why we built a moon mode.

Tracking still helps: noticing patterns in sleep, energy and mood gives you useful notes to bring to your doctor.

  1. Track gently. Note dates, sleep and energy — no pressure for perfect data.
  2. Switch to moon mode whenever your cycle feels too unpredictable to follow.
  3. Prioritise strength. Muscle-building movement matters more with every decade.
  4. Talk to your clinician about very heavy bleeding, bleeding after menopause or big changes.
